Anyway, moving on to bigger and better things. I stepped on the scale Sunday morning and saw this:
I got on the treadmill last night without a specific goal in mind. Ultimately, I want to get up to 4 miles (and beyond), but I am not going to stress myself out about it. I started running and kept going until I couldn't go anymore. I thought about stopping after 2, but pushed myself and got in a full 3 miles. I'll take it. I have found my next 5K that I want to run. They actually have a 5K and 10K available, but I don't know if I'll be ready for a 10K by the end of January. We'll see.
Now, I know that Holly loves her some before and after pics, so here are my progression pics so far.
